ABOUT MR. DUNDERBAK'S

Mr. Dunderbak’s Brewpub is a gathering place for family and friends of all ages. Enjoying great homemade Bavarian-American food and the most unique draft and bottle beer selection in the state. We bring you Bavarian classics with a mix of American cuisine.

Mr. Dunderbak’s Deli in Tampa was founded in 1974 at University mall, just next to the University of South Florida as a franchise store.
Over the years, the franchise of 30-plus stores folded. Today, the last three stores that use the same name “Mr. Dunderbak’s” operate independently and are no longer affiliated. The locations are in Tampa, Daytona & Whitehall, PA.

In 2009 Mr. Dunderbak’s moved to the current Tampa Palms location and added a micro-brewery “Dunderbrau” offering over 500 different craft and European brands.

If you have lived in Tampa or studied at USF, you probably have a Dunder story. Ein Prosit!
